The Conference is organized around three major aspects

1. How to reduce the gap between research and teaching practices?

(Analysis of the relationship between research and teaching practices, approaching strategies between research and practices, processes and contexts of transmission — Blogs, journals, MOOC, Science Fairs, etc.)

2. What science education is relevant in the current scientific context?

(Scienceeducation in light of cutting-edge science, with multidisciplinary scientific equipment, related to neuroscience, and other science learning methodology, etc.)

3. What science education is relevant in our contemporary world? It contains two parts:

With two major sections:

3a). What science education is relevant in a technological world?

(Science education to manage fluently and participate in a world shaped by technology; science education in a world where Science can be taught through digital technology)
3b). What science education is relevant for a world in continuous decline?

(Science Education in an unsustainable world which is under a systemic crisis)

In addition to the challenges outlined in the previous section, which are part of the Congress’ priorities, other proposals can be submitted to any of the following fifteen areas of knowledge.
